Duration: 3 hours online with Esther
Sessions are scheduled at a date and time that suits you.
How it works:
- Join your 1-to-1 session
- At your scheduled time, we’ll send you a link to the virtual training room. Esther will personally guide you through the entire course, ensuring you receive focused and tailored training.
- Experience the transformation
- By the end of the session, your reading and speaking skills will be transformed. You’ll re-record the same scripts (your ‘After’ recordings) to hear the incredible progress for yourself.
- Practise what you’ve learned
- Access the online video course to review and practise all the techniques covered in the session. Record yourself as you practise to monitor your progress and ensure you’re on the right track.
- Assessment
- Submit your ‘After’ scripts to Esther for evaluation. If there’s an area that needs a little more attention, she’ll guide you on what to refine and ask you to practise further if necessary.
- Receive your VoiceMaster Certificate of Completion
- Once Esther is confident in your progress, you’ll be awarded your official Certificate, recognizing your achievement and transformation.

Instructor
Esther, originally from the Netherlands, relocated to the UK in 2003 to join Steve and Voice Master. She graduated as a social worker in 1999 and spent three years at the Triton Foundation before pursuing her passion for language education. In 2004, she earned her ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) qualification from the University of Cambridge, all while continuing her collaboration with Steve.
Over the following years, Esther became an invaluable asset to the team, serving as Steve’s right-hand ‘man’ in the office. She managed administrative tasks, maintained the website, recorded voiceovers, developed new courses, and provided essential support during training sessions.
Following Steve’s passing in 2024, Esther took the helm of the business. She remains committed to evolving the courses and fostering partnerships across India, Saudi Arabia, the USA, and Europe, ensuring the legacy of Voice Master continues to thrive.
I purchased this and a few other voiceover courses and decided to do this one first. In a little over 2 hours I have learned enough to change the way I do voiceovers forever, and will be forever more mindful of the way I speak when doing presentations and my podcast.
